What are you offering? It's not just a product or service, but also the benefit that the customer gets. Uniqueness, packaging, range — all of this is part of the product.
Where does the customer receive the product? Online, offline, through intermediaries, directly? This involves logistics, sales channels, and product availability.
How much? The price should correspond to the value of the product, customer expectations and brand positioning. This includes discounts, payment terms and promotions.
How does a customer learn about a product? It could be advertising, content, newsletters, PR, social media — anything that conveys value to the customer and encourages them to take action.
Who interacts with customers? Employees, partners, owners. Their approach, knowledge, and attitude shape trust in the business.
How is the internal ‘kitchen’ organised? These are systems, automation, customer journey, speed and stability of service delivery.
